TNF featured a pair of confusing calls from officials

The Detroit Lions secured a 34-20 victory over the Green Bay Packers, improving their season record to 3-1.

Detroit's success was driven by running back David Montgomery's three touchdowns and a strong defensive performance against Green Bay's Jordan Love.

A controversial moment occurred when Love snapped the ball after the game clock seemed to hit zero, leading to a 44-yard completion to Jayden Reed.

Rules analyst Terry McAulay pointed out that the officials made an error by not stopping play when the clock hit zero.

Green Bay capitalized on this error, scoring a touchdown shortly after to narrow Detroit's lead to 27-17.

In another confusing incident, an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on Quay Walker was announced after a field goal attempt, resulting in Detroit gaining an automatic first down and ultimately sealing their victory with a touchdown.
