NFL world reacts to brutal Patriots news

The New England Patriots suffered a devastating 38-3 loss to the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4.

During the game, star pass rusher Matthew Judon and rookie cornerback Christian Gonzalez sustained injuries.

Matthew Judon left the game with a shoulder injury, while Christian Gonzalez was hurt trying to tackle Cowboys running back Tony Pollard.

Both players are set to be out indefinitely as they seek second opinions on their injuries.

Gonzalez was diagnosed with a torn right shoulder labrum, while Judon suffered a lower bicep tendon tear.

This news is a significant blow to the Patriots, who were already facing challenges on the field.

The Patriots' defense, a key strength this season, will be tested without Gonzalez and Judon, possibly requiring the offense to step up ,

even though there are uncertainties surrounding their quarterback situation, including the benching of Mac Jones in favor of Bailey Zappe in Week 4.
