Breaking: Unprecedented Hamas Attack Rocks Israel

Hamas launched a major attack on Israel, with militants entering by land, sea, and air, firing thousands of rockets and taking Israeli soldiers hostage.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared a state of war, vowing "mighty vengeance" and cutting off essential supplies to Gaza.

Hamas cited reasons for the attack, including anger over attacks on women, the desecration of the al-Aqsa mosque, and the Gaza siege.

Israel responded with "Operation Swords of Iron," striking Gaza targets and calling up tens of thousands of reservists.

Israeli airstrikes killed hundreds in Gaza, including civilians and children, while Hezbollah targeted Israeli sites from Lebanon.

In the West Bank, clashes with Israeli soldiers resulted in the deaths of seven Palestinians.

The situation remains tense and ongoing, with casualties on both sides and no immediate resolution in sight.
