Emma Stone, the acclaimed Hollywood actress, recently shared her thoughts on the journey into adulthood and her anticipation for upcoming projects.

As Emma Stone gracefully transitioned into her thirties, she took a moment to reflect on the valuable lessons she’s gathered throughout her twenties. In a candid conversation with British Vogue, the Oscar-winning actress opened up about her evolution as a person and artist.

“One of the main lessons I’ve learned is that I don’t need to please everyone or bend over backward to be liked,” Stone revealed. “It’s okay if not everybody likes you, and that doesn’t make it more appealing to convince them of why you are likable.”

Entering her thirties, Stone acknowledged a mixture of emotions. “I got a bit gloomy for about a week, but I realized that the most interesting part about becoming an adult is that most things become bittersweet. I’m still finding my voice,” she shared. “Part of my ‘charm’ or persona is my damage, my flaw, and that’s okay.”

Stone emphasized the importance of not compromising oneself to win over the unwinnable. “That was a major lesson,” she said. “What else? Nobody really knows what they’re doing! We’re all just a bunch of people trying to figure out how to get through the day.”

As she bid farewell to her twenties, Stone expressed a sense of nostalgia mixed with hope and excitement. “Saying goodbye to the last decade was equal parts nostalgic and a little sad and incredibly exciting and hopeful. We’ll see what happens next.”

In a separate interview with Elle Magazine, Stone elaborated on her journey into adulthood. “My twenties were a really interesting time, and there’s been a lot that has happened in these past 10 years, both positive and not as positive. It’s weird how much turning 30 crystallizes your life. Now, as an adult, I’m actively considering what I want next.”

Emma Stone‘s fans have a lot to look forward to as she gears up for her upcoming movie, “AND next,” set to hit theaters in November 2024. While details about the project are still under wraps, her return to the big screen promises to be nothing short of spectacular.
